Béatrice Courtoy has extensive experience in corporate law.

Her practice focuses on commercial law, including company law, contract law and real estate law (construction law, co-ownership law, lease, including commercial lease).

She developed also a practice in employment law.

Béatrice Courtoy advises both national and international companies.

Her clients are active mainly within in the industrial sector, property development, communications, asset and property management.

In addition to legal advice, her activities as a lawyer include assistance with negotiating and drafting contracts. Béatrice Courtoy assists also her clients before the Courts and Tribunals.
