Road Traffic Law

Road Traffic Law relates to traffic offences and the consequences thereof:

• Preparation for and/or assistance at interviews with police departments
• Defence representation before the Police Court (speeding, hit-and-run, driving under the influence (alcohol or drugs), driving without insurance, a valid certificate of roadworthiness, licence, etc.
• Follow up with the Belgian Crown Prosecution Service

From a civil perspective, it also concerns all consequences following a possible accident: evaluation and claim for or dispute of damage, contact with responsible third parties and insurance companies, etc.
